Escape the rain with this brill brolly break at the Falcondale!

Is the constant downpour starting to get you down? The luxury Falcondale Hotel is running a special ‘Brolly Break’ to offer rain-drenched Britons an escape from the weather!

The special deal provides two people with an affordable package, during the winter months. A two-night Brolly Break package is based on two people sharing and costs £150 per person (with a £35 supplement per person for Easter), dinner is provided on one of the two nights. The package is available until the end of April 2014. Dinner is included on one night, and a full Welsh breakfast provided on both mornings, while a special Falcondale brolly is also included.

“Seeing as the weather has been so dismal, a little luxury and pampering is good for the soul,” says Lisa Hutton, who runs The Falcondale with her husband, Chris.

“The food here at The Falcondale always puts people in good spirits, and we have some great menus planned over the next few months, incorporating the excellent produce we have here on our doorstep .”

“What’s more, we are close to the coast, and there’s nothing nicer, in my view, that walking along a gorgeous deserted beach on a winter’s day. And, by the time you come home, the log fires will be alight.”

“Dogs are also welcome at The Falcondale, which is unusual for a luxury hotel,” she adds.

The Falcondale restaurant has been awarded 2AA rosettes for five years running. Low food miles are an integral feature of the menus, and part of the hotel’s green policy, and many dishes include herbs and salad greens from The Falcondale’s own kitchen garden. The hotel was runner-up in the National Tourism Awards 2013.
